Big Day in Red Sox Nation

Today is one of those days that feels like it's in slow motion. I have flies to tie, office work that needs to be completed, and oh ya, I have to wait for the start of game 6 of the World Series. It's that 3rd thing on my to do list that's the hardest. The other two are up to me. I have no control over the last one. Being a life long member of Red Sox Nation, allowing the thought of the Sox winning something this big at Fenway Park is almost to much. After the Boston Marathon Bombing, this Boston Red Sox season has been one of the best things that could have happened here. As a Team, they have bonded like No One ever thought possible, and it has brought a Lot of Joy to a lot of people. This TEAM play's like they are playing for all of us, and not just themselves. Win or lose, this TEAM will always be my favorite.

Thank You Boston Red Sox!!!!

Welcome to my new Blog for River Hunter Flies. www.riverhunterflies.com My name is Stephen Prunier and I'm the Owner, Fly Designer, Fly Tier, Instructor, Office Manager, Custodian, Gofer, and any other hat needed to be worn at River Hunter Flies.
The purpose of this new blog will be to discuss, and offer my experience on things related to RHF, and Fly Tying and Fly Fishing in general. I plan to offer Tying Tips, Fly Recipes, How Too's and Answer Questions that I hope you feel comfortable to ask. I plan to give reviews on materials that I incorporate in my fly patterns, and try to shed some light on all the different products and materials that have flooded the market over the last several years. I will be adding a list of links that I feel are beneficial to learning, and Organizations working hard to make a difference in the world.
I know that the web is over flowing with blogs, FB, personal websites, and more. I hope that you will find what I offer here to be something of value and worth your time.

Thanks
Stephen
